Company Details - Company Details provides a detailed view of your organization, including state registration and other compliance details. Additionally, it includes the contact information we have on file for bot the company and the user who is logged in. Much of the details we have on file will be displayed in this section.
My Tasks- Tasks are assigned to you when we need your help to complete an order, such as a document requests, missing information, or signatures. Open and closed tasks that have been assigned to the end user (not the company).
Notification Center - All Mass client communications and specific company communications will show here. All contacts who have portal access will see our announcements.
Project Status - All past and current projects will be shown here. Client can monitor current projects here.
Quotes & Billing - All current and past proposals, invoices, and billing details can be found here, including :proposals, invoices, statements, and subscriptions.
Customer Service - Our customer service system allows us to assign your request to the appropriate specialist. Typical response time is 1-2 business days.
Documents - The documents section is where BryteBridge will upload any official documents or completed work. Additionally, you may use the document storage to share documents BryteBridge needs to complete your order or as a document storage for your business (insurance docs, bank statements, agreements, etc.)
Knowledge Center- Find the answers to the most common questions for Nonprofits and Small Businesses.
Preferred Partners - The goal is to showcase key tools that may benefit our clients and that we have a strategic partnership with. Initial Rollout included Grant Station, QGIV, QuickBooks, and Ipostal.
