Executive Director

The Executive Director or CEO are titles typically designated for the one employee reporting to the Board of Directors. The Executive Director has primary responsibility for carrying out the direction set by the Board of Directors. This crucial position is the conduit for communication between the board and the team of volunteers, paid staff, and donors. The performance and compensation of the Executive Director or CEO is overseen and set by the Board of Directors.
