You or a member of your company selected our Registered Agent Services when establishing your company. BryteBridge and our third-party registered agent partners will accept legal notices and other important mail on your behalf. We will provide these important documents directly to your client portal. The initial charge appears when we send your incorporation documents to the state. The service automatically renews annually and is billed to your card on file.
