There is a charge from BryteBridge on my credit card, and I need to figure out why. How can I find out?
You can see all your payments and account statements from your
client portal. Once you sign in, go to the Orders & Billing tab on the left-hand navigation, then click invoices. You should locate the specific charge and invoice details. If you are still waiting to see the payment in your account or have questions, please call us at (877)-857-9002.
